Real estate drone video and architectural cinematography

Show the house, the land and the view.

A great property is never just the building. In Southern California it’s the ocean view, the canyon it sits in, the acreage, the drive up through the oaks. Aerial footage shows buyers all of that in a few seconds.

What it involves

For listings, we focus on what buyers actually care about: the setting, the orientation, the grounds and the view, and how close the property sits to the coast, the trailheads or the city. For architecture, we work with the design team to show form, materials and how a building meets its site.

Timing matters as much as the flying. We plan around the sun, the season and the marine layer, and we coordinate with owners, agents and neighbors wherever privacy or access needs a little care.

Questions about real estate drone video

More answers in the FAQ.

Our focus is aerial and exterior work. If you need interiors, we’re happy to coordinate with your photographer so everything feels like one shoot.

We plan flights around the subject property, keep neighboring homes out of the frame where we can, and follow California’s privacy laws and the FAA’s rules.

Often late afternoon into dusk, once the marine layer has burned off and the light turns warm. For homes with great lighting design or pools, a twilight shoot is hard to beat.

Yes. Most of our property work happens between the Ventura coast and downtown LA, because that’s where we’re based, but we film homes, estates and buildings wherever they are. Tell us the address and we’ll check the airspace, the access and the best light before we quote.
