The brief
Ground photography couldn’t explain the property’s best feature: the way the house steps down the hillside toward the view. The agent needed buyers to understand the site in seconds.
How we shot it
A top-down sequence mapped the grounds and amenities, then a series of rising reveals showed the outlook from each level. We shot in the morning for soft light on the facade and came back at dusk for the pool and terraces.
Flights were planned to keep the focus on the property and away from the neighbors.
