The brief
The director needed aerials that showed the scale of a restoration project without turning the film into a nature postcard. The shots had to carry information as well as beauty.
How we shot it
We worked from the director’s chapter structure, designing slow, unhurried moves that let viewers read the landscape: the boundary between old and new growth, the waterways, the land around them.
Wildlife and landowner considerations shaped where and when we flew, all agreed with the production’s field team in advance.
