The brief
The developer wanted a consistent visual record to share with investors and future residents, plus enough cinematic material to tell the story of the build when it was done.
The site was active throughout, with cranes, deliveries and access that changed week to week, so every visit had to be coordinated with site management.
How we shot it
We agreed a fixed set of viewpoints, with compass positions, heights and framings, and flew them on every visit so progress could be compared frame against frame.
Each visit also included a few cinematic moves timed for good light. Over the year those built into a library for the milestone and completion films. Every visit started with a site briefing, and flight times were set around crane operations and deliveries.
The result
Investor updates went from written reports to side-by-side imagery, and the completion film could show the whole journey instead of just the finished building.
